I'm going to read that review of it you linked too. <br /><br />I personally think Milton was still writing poetry, and not just cold logic, in God's stuff too. However, it's a poetry of paradox - like John Donne's stuff or like the deeper magic bit in the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
